The lyric is just like Brian's feeling for Justin. Try to understand it in some ways and his form of love is actually the sweetest one ever. No need to say anything, just "the world he didn't say." That's Brian Kinney i know and love.

It's the US version of the TV series "Queer As Folk". You should check it out on dvd or online, it's simply amazing!
