This is an interesting and informative video. Assessing a rehab is often a tricky task. These tips would help common people to effectively asses a rehab, and save unnecessary expenses.

As an experienced rehabber, This is a great way to not only nail costs down but to weed out the contractors that are full of crap!! And there seems to be an endless supply of those in my experience flipping 20 houses!
Also, take a walk around Home Depot for a whole day... you get to know costs real well when it comes to material.
