@rossmillerlol The 4 button modelers run on a 9VAC power supply, BUT if you think about it - it also runs on C batteries, which are DC voltage. The way it works is this: inside the DL4, it takes the power that's coming in, converts it to DC, then drops that voltage down to +5, -5 and +3 volts DC. The 4 button modelers will work on 200ma alone, but I would recommend a little more (300ma would be good). If you give it less, it could act flaky, cutting out or cycle power.
btw, the DL4 takes a certain amount of amperage to work, although it wil run on 9v. im guessing the pedalpower plus has different amperage sent to each jack
