  • I am 15and looking at this game because i want to loose about a stone of my body weight, is this better than going to a gym? If so why is this game better than a gym? I would really appreciate your feedback!

  • @Mikemadden5

A gym is better if your only going to do one, but now that this game is cheaper a mixture of the two would be ideal. You can chart your weight loss with this game.

  • for the ps3 version o u need the eye camera?

  • @AcingGamesTEW

No playstation eye or playstation move needed. This game doesn't work with either.

  • Can you let us know the flaws that you found?

  • @NightRuneYT

    1) 70% of the time the EA servers dont work (but the games saves your progress) for uploading the next time you do manage to log on.

    2) The game isn't as accurate as I would like. (left jabs being counted as left hooks, upper cuts).

  • Thank you for the video. Thanks to you I can work without the real game at work.

  • Okay so this game is better in the longterm?

  • 3 months ive been using this. on the 2nd month i can say that im a pro in bed. good game my wife loves it!

  • @Trollnumber12 So if with a healthy diet + following this 9week program sensibly , around how much Kg are you likely to loose?

  • @Trollnumber12 I am following the program exactly how it wants me to so i doubt i am going overboard. I am aware that doing something drastic can affect me for life so i haven't been in the extreme. I have been only using it on the days it requires me to ( 4 days a week ) And 1 of those rest days i am at the Gym just for some light weightlifting. I would go to the gym for those 4 days instead , however time is not on my side.

    2. If you're in your teen years it's even more important that you don't go overboard with your died. Doing something drastic in your teens' can scar your body for life. If you lose alot of musclemass now it'll be harder gaining it again, after you're past puberty. It could also rob you of vitamins and nutrients which helps you grow and produce hormones. Take it steady, 1kg a weeks, that's 52kg a year. If you're aiming for a 20kg weight loss it'll take you less than 5 months!

  • 1. Yes, you can lose weight with this + a healthy diet, but It's unhealthy losing 20kg in 9 weeks. Usually it's said that the healthiest, maximum, weight loss lies at around 1kg a week. 20kg in 9 weeks would result in a loss on 2,2kg a week, which is double the of the recommended amount. Losing weight that fast would mean that alot of it would be in water and musclemass, and that form of weight loss wouldn't be beneficial, or look good.
