That doesn't even sound like Mr. Gore and I have never heard him talk like that. I suspect that this video is a fraud, but I am open to your volumes of proof otherwise. You should provide a video and not the poor quality audio and you should show that Mr. Gore was actually at the Aspen institute on the day that you claim this was made. It is only reasonable.
