"in-town" (in DC) vice presidential motorcades are lower key than presidential motorcades and the flags are often not displayed on his limos. it's a shorter motorcade because the vp does not have a white house travel press pool that accompanies his every move like the president has.

Sorry but this is nuts... I understand when they are traveling and it's a bit of a show off situation but the VP or the president or any of the secretaries don't need a circus like a Saudi king when going around town. 3-4 cars and 3-4 motorbikes are more than enough. At the end of the day it's the taxpayers money that pay for all these.

i don't think that was Biden. It was too small a motorcade and the limo's didn't have his flag or anything.
