i have a nepali friend too, we cooked momo in our friend's dorm too, we started preparing around 9pm, we finished cooking around 2am, we made a lot of momos! we were really hungry by the time we were done. anyway it was very delicious, it' s worth the wait. we made the wrapper ourselves with flour and water. haha our friend's kitchen was a mess after we're done cooking.
