I was tired of always looking skinny and weak, so I started on my journey to change my body through lifting weights and exercising more.
STATS:
15 yrs.
5ft 6in
117lbs (compared to 105 lbs before)
Hard for me to gain body mass
this is results from goin to the gym every day

  • you should lay off the steriods dude , go natural

  • Did you know doing leg workout actually helps you gain more musle mass on the upper body and triceps make up more percentage of your arm than your biceps
