Chris Willmore, the Principal of Wakefield High School, part of Arlington Public Schools in Arlington, VA, was the speaker at the Rotary Club of Crystal City Pentagon on September 22, 2010. Also in attendance was Pat Murphy, Superintendent, Arlington Public Schools. Thank you both!

Rotary Club of Crystal City Pentagon supports schools in a variety of ways:

* Annual "Service Above Self" scholarships for high school seniors
* Annual Van B. Cunningham Memorial Scholarship for a high school senior
* Student attendance at Rotary Youth Leadership Awards Camp
* Rotary Youth Exchange -- to promote international understanding by housing international students who attend a local school for a year, and by sending US students overseas
* Gunston Middle School partnership -- to support programs and projects year-round at this multi-ethnic Arlington middle school
