Heart attacks in your early years are unlikely, but there are many situations that they might happen. I don' think be a reason for it to be faked either, because theres not many reasons why he would. If he wanted to take a break from pen spinning, he could do just that alive.

@xDarkxCrusaderx no it is not.. there are many potential causes of any of the multiply types of cardiac arrest.. the heart failure classic to your memory is that of old age.. in actuality cardiac arrest is not age specific
