  • Yeah, it's a problem with the capacitors. Try leaving it on for an hour or so and then off and on and she might boot!

  • AFAIK it's the capacitors, they aren't working right after all them years. If it's left on for an hour or so they seem to fill up and then it'll turn on.

  • stick the motherboard in the doshwasher. i'm not kidding! i'm going to post a video of the results of my fix (in response to my video about my classic 2's malfunction) about how to fix it

  • Then again, I think that the Sad Mac is as cryptic as the BSOD.

  • I certainly agree that the Sad Mac is a million times scarier than the Windows BSOD. More cryptic, too.
