  • I do the surya namaskar 12 times daily and that is all needed to keep the body

  • to i386kernel - yes, prednisone is dangerous when taken long term, it should NEVER be stopped immediately, which can result in a relapse of an asthma attack. Prednisone is not nearly as dangerous as not breathing. Yoga can be a fabulous preventative measure but does not immediately cure an asthma attack as traditional meds can.
