The men he is refering to as international terrorist are the men that liberated the country from the Chaos he represents the Warlords and war criminals of the Transitional Federal Government which has no authority in the country not even 5% of it. It is dead paper weight government. The only legitimacy it has the US forced recognition of the international community which pretty much means the recognition of the UN and the West. It is neither a de facto reality in Somalia nor de jur reality.
