memorial for kayaker Michael Krupa, 22, of Middletown,2 men left Milford in a two-person kayak for Charles Island . The kayak capsized during the trip. Neither man was wearing a life vest. Both tried to swim for the island. One reached a sailboat, was pulled from the water and reported Krupa missing .

yeah we seen all of that on the east side of the island you have to go around then go thru the fence. its all there i want to go during the night time and spend the night there..
