72MX195 blue flickering bands across screen (please help)

Toshiba 72MX195 started showing these blue flickering bands all the way across the screen. They seem to come from bright white or blue portions of the video feed, and it does this on all inputs and resolutions. It started about a week ago, and at first would only happen when you first turned the set on, and would clear itself up after a few minutes, now though the problem is absent when you first turn it on, and appears after a few minutes, and remains the entire time you watch until next time it cools down again. Just a wild guess, but i am thinking that the fact that its flickering, it may be related to the color wheel? If anyone can tell me what the issue is here, it would be greatly appreciated. If you need any more info to help diagnose the issue just let me know.

My Samsung DLP TV has the same blue bands running horizontally. Did you ever find out what the fix is?
