I'm starting with the very basics and progressing on to a muscle up. The next few Part's will be up next week.

  • why can I not find progressive Calisthenics for say beginners, intermediate and advanced perhaps? Can ANYone tell me? I'd really love to give this as a gift also for my 4 nephews and know relatives even at 50 who'd love to have it for themselves. Been looking on the net and not found anything yet. HEEEEELP!!!
