There is a wonderful affirmation in the Master Key System: "I am whole, perfect, strong, powerful, loving, harmonious and happy." And the way to believe that affirmation is to understand that you can not be any other way. This is the way you are created. Fear, humiliation and pain of any phychological discription are ultimately an illiusion that you have created out of the belief that the physical world is primary, when in fact it's secondary.
