Ofcourse it doesn't work, buy a decline bench if I were you, that's the only thing that probably work, and add weights to it.

@ramonalire how long have u been using it??!! u have to do more then just use that ab circle and watch what u eat.

@edo00001 mines not cheap do it for a about 20 mins, you also have to do more and rely on a little machine, do push up, jumping jacks, lunges, tredmill, and the ab circle for about 10 mintues and watch what you eat.
