Not saying this isn't a bad idea, but, Hydraulic components, Cylinders, pumps, motors, directional valves and hoses are quite expensive. Steel prices are through the roof Drive hubs and wheel and tire assemblies, with the cost of a welder and machine tools to fabricate the parts, it's just not cost effective. It would be far less expensive to buy a good used machine. I restore old farm machines as a hobby, and I make a good return when I sell them.

You should make some kind of Ikea system so people can buy unassembled machines in the box and then assembled them at home.
