So this is more if you have a stronger back right? I have a weaker back and strong chest so i assume this is not what I should be doing?

this is a great video .I see the serratus anterior muscles perfectly developed on 70's bodybuilders ,will this exercise (maybe with more weight) make them grow like you see on Arnold Schwarzenegger?

I try to do this but the edge of my shoulder blades keep hitting the ground, they dont go flat. Also is it apart of winged scapula if I can grab 3 inches of my left shoulder blade with my left hand?

cool videos, how often can i do workouts "1-5" ? I am an advanced lifter and workout 4 days a week. should i do this every other day?

Workouts including push exercises such as Chest or Triceps, simply drop one of those five exercises into your routine. You can cycle them for variety, but being an advanced exerciser, it looks like you could skip numbers 1 and 2.
