Harley and Davidson Space Tour 2011 (Max/MSP/Jitter Project)

Since the development of recent graphic software, we started to have the idea that traditional linear animations might not be enough to entertain people any more. We are obsessed by interaction graphics and also like playing with original characters and setting them in their own world.
Having huge interests in animation based on surrealistic fiction, therefore, we could easily find what we want. Our work is an interactive virtual band named Harley and Davidson. We set several basic stories , such as having the characters on a space music tour. We then made their first series "Harley and Davidson Space Tour 2011." Joohee made animations based on our fiction. Taezoo coded interactions, which changed the properties of them, which responds to the volume of the actual concert sound. In June 2011, Harley and Davidson successfully showed up their performances with a couple of bands in Brooklyn. We made this documentation video as a great first step of our virtual band Harley and Davison.
