This is just a quick recycle time comparison between the 7dayshop 2900mah rechargeable batteries the the Sanyo 2000 mAh rechargeable batteries.
Used in the test:

As you can see the 7dayshop batteries work really well, I've not given then a real test or used them on a shoot.

  • One thing, the electronics in the 430EX II are better designed so recycle time would be faster. I'm going to try and get hold of either another EX or EX II so the comparison is more balanced. For the price the 7dayshop one are superb.

  • @guitarherosjs There is now a new comparison with 2 430EX's

  • @NealM0rgan agreed. need to have the same model flash for A to A comparison or a electronic timer.

  • As you have two different speedlights this test would only be complete if you were to swap the batteries in the speedlights. At the moment it just shows the Enloop in the EX2 is faster than the 7dayshop in the EX.

  • brilliant thanks :)

  • Cheers for this comparison

  • Enloop it is...i use them myself.
