@PBANDSNOW Ahh common dude don't troll me on such a great tune. look don't get me wrong, I love rock particularly 50s 60s and 70s stuff, not so keen on what happened to it in the 80s. But it is white kids rehashing the old music of black men. Its copycat pop music really. Blues is roots music, folk music. Music of the people music born of great suffering, it is tragedy given voice.

@PBANDSNOW Rock inevitably pushed the electric guitar to its logical technical conclusion (shredding) which only gets you so far before you have to come back to tasty blues licks. And nowadays the kids aren't playing with bigger amps and effects pedals. (and if they are they're just running over old ground) The kids with scope for innovation are playing with computers and pushing those boundaries n finding new genres and sounds. Blues however doesn't rely on fashion trends or number ones.
