The first women is right. Men need to help a little more around in the house. You cannot expect your wife to work full time like you and split the bills and then come home and do ALL the housework. That is what makes it hard to have it all. I wouldn't expect my husband to cook and all that. But he can help say with vaccuming, helping the kids with their homework, if I am busy cooking or so, he can change diaers etc... Splitting BOTH the financial and household responsibilities is important.

Absolutely true that women have sometimes no choice not to work. If some women, and especially single mums don't work then they ar'n't able tofeed their kids and survive in life...see 8:00
