On security, they don't at all agree on torture or how to start/end wars. That's a huge policy difference. Iraq, for example. Afghanistan they agree on but that's not really surprising, most of the 9/11 terrorists had strong terrorist ties in Afghanistan part of the corrupted gov't there supported it.
And all the other things I listed they share polar opposite views on.

There are some things that they both have common ground on and that is on security policy. Even though styles are different, the substance is the same: Humanitarian Intervention, American Exceptionalism, neo-Liberalism, and Empire. And a closer look at Obama's policies one would see that his policies somehow resemble that of Bush in spite of the so-called modifacations.
