There is NO sane reason why drug makers can't produce safer drugs. Are they nuts? I mean there are cheap ways to have drugs filled with nootropic agents, such as milk thistle, to combat liver damage, or melatonin to act as anti-oxidant to mitigate aversive side effects. Is FDA in their way to do this? It seems such an easy fix. They can produce healthier drugs
