The FDA recently linked Topamax to an increased risk of birth defects. Children born to mothers that took Topamax during pregnancy are at risk of developing a number of birth defects including: cleft lip, cleft palate, cranial malformations, genital malformations and other serious birth defects. If you took Topamax during pregnancy and your child was born with a birth defect, you may qualify to participate in a Topamax lawsuit. To find out if you qualify, contact one of the Nation's top Topamax lawyers for a Free Confidential Case Evaluation by dialing (866) 588-0600 24 hrs/day or visiting our website.

  • i once took topamax and stubbed my left toe! can i sue?!!?

  • There is NO sane reason why drug makers can't produce safer drugs. Are they nuts? I mean there are cheap ways to have drugs filled with nootropic agents, such as milk thistle, to combat liver damage, or melatonin to act as anti-oxidant to mitigate aversive side effects. Is FDA in their way to do this? It seems such an easy fix. They can produce healthier drugs

  • For pete's sakes this is just pathetic. The people that hide serious side effects because they love money so much, are surely in a for a rude awakening when they face God.
