Erie County Comptroller Mark Poloncarz announces his candicay for Erie County Executive in the Fall 2011 election, pitting him against current exec Chris Collins. Introduced by Assemblyman Sam Hoyt and Mayor of Lackawanna Norman Polanski. Recorded for Tommunisms by Mr. Shakey Hands, using a Blur-Cam 2000 camera that has an external lens that formed condensation and the clouds and rainy drizzle gave way to the the blue skies and sun that Mark brought with him.
