There are a few voices on YouTube, yours being one of them, that seem to give me an almost tingly feeling in my spine (very relaxing).
It's hard to explain the feeling, but it's really nice.
I don't have trouble sleeping, but I listen to your videos anyway because they're sooo relaxing, it feels really good. Thanks for these!

@ShiningLunae You've probably found out but to all the other people who recognise this; this is called ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). There are videos out there specifically designed to trigger these responses. You should really check some of them out, it's an awesome and and amazing fenomenon if you're sensitive for them.

either could work...
It depends, so long as I choose not to over analyze and instead follow the instructions it works... when i think about it to much i make it difficult for myself to relax! :)
