I don't necessarily think the talent loss is the big problem as I feel that Delirious' booking is the even bigger problem with the company right now. Sure it's not Vince Russo awful, but it's at he very best, moderately above average. I hate to admit it, but I think Adam Pearce was a better overall booker than Delirious.
Think their major problem is they don't let, or don't know how to have guys show personality anymore. I know their wrestlers have personalities, but it seems like every other indie they're in, they do a much better job of showing them off.
Another issue is that they aren't replenishing their roster, I think they were hoping Daniels and Homicide returning would be a big boost, and frankly both have been underwhelming. And their new additions, outside of Adam Cole, aren't very good.
