I knew him he lived his last on North Courtland street in East Stroudsburg. I did not know who he was I mean people talk all the time do you believe everything you hear. Cesar was working on Lenny Kravitz guitar at the time but Cesar told me there was never anything wrong with it. That Lenny was nuts. Man I use to walk around his home looking at the pictures and I never knew who he was. I play the guitar because of him. Everyone told me I couldn't Cesar didn't.
