whats this song called?

To help with form I always imagined that I was pushing the floor down, rather than pulling the bar..
Worked for me....

You're supposed to reset. Good work, man. It's called a deadlift - you're lifting a dead weight. The weight isn't dead if all you're doing is tapping it on the ground.
-
Looks pretty solid to me.

the rhythm in your body needs to be smoother. try less weight.

this is the exact opposite of what is true. starting strength is not for powerlifting, hence the medium-grip, butt-down, stretch-reflexed bench press that's advocated, or the below-parallel, medium-stance squat, or the narrow-stance deadlift instead of the sumo
letting gravity take the bar down makes sense if you're a powerlifter (the negative doesn't count as long as you don't drop it) but taking it down slow makes sense if you strength train (the eccentric phase builds strength, too)
-
agree fully.

you need to stip your butt out higher I think because your knees are getting in the way, and the bar isn't going down straight, but it's has to go forward a bit to clear the knees... bad badd.
The bar should really go down and up in a straight line

don't listen to this, rip specifically says to reset after every rep.

i'm not a power lifter. putting it down in a controlled way will reduce risk of injury.
