ehm, am i the only one who thinks they performed better with more fun at that time? when i watch live vids of epica 2010 i'm kinda shocked. simone lost her... presence. there's only one women enjoying metal at all and that is floor

yes i also noticed that simone dosn't sing anymore like she did in their first albums ...her voice has worsened with "design your universe"..and unfortunatly now their live sucks

she has had some pretty good performances... but she has been slacking alot.. oh well...

I doubt Simone can sing Façade of Reality well live now.

Don't get me wrong: I love Simone and I know her voice and vocal techniques have changed dramatically. But she's not the same live anymore. It's like she's not even trying anymore. I truly believe that her latest great performance was The Classical Conspiracy, and some of the songs in that were performed like 'bleh'.

It's sad. I'm not losing faith in her though; I know she can do great things like she did here in this performance.

@blackrose0812 I've seen them live only in 2009 and 2011 I like the new Epica too but you're right. I miss this, I wish I had the chance to see them back then. :( Not only singing has changed but her moving, especially headbanging. :/
