With large enough roof overhangs, the walls are generally well-protected against the rain. That is usually the best defense against the elements.

Excellent post. I don't understand though how the straw bails don't catch fire through decomposition?

Also do they don't decompose and settle over the years? Thanks for the info!

amazing. thanks great video... i think this technology of future... oil will eventually run out.. you know what? instead of mud clay stuff i want to try drywall clay..the white stuff you buy at home depot in america. and use it on straw....... what do you think?
