CREMINO, THE FIRST HUMAN-ELECTRONIC CREATURE

Cremino is the first hybrid human-electronic creature. Developed by the Living Networks Lab, Department of Information Technologies of the University of Milan, Crema Campus, his brain is made of human neurons cultured by the Stem Cell Research Institute DIBIT San Raffaele Milan.
His neurons receive our digital commands and their electrical reactions are decoded by an artificial neural network that operates his wheels. He reaches a precision of 90.5%.

Yes, the shell was taken off from an old toy, to give the creature a funny look. If you are so kind to read our paper, you can understand that there is also a content inside the shell !

It is a toy from the 90's, My brother and i owned two of them. You buy cards for them,and swipe them in the back of there heads for power upgrades. Using a the controller they battle it out. They where great TOYS back then, but cheese compared to your description
