Finally, after 2 weeks of my computer being down, and me losing almost half my progress of To Zanarkand, it's time to kick off the week with this 8-Bit Remix of the Temple Theme from Zelda II!

  • Sorry to break it to you kiddo, but the original song was already 8bit.

  • This is not news to me, I'm not an idiot. It is an 8-bit "remix". Meaning its different from the original.

  • But thats with limited technology. The reason it sounded more 8-bit was because the NES only had a few sound channels. Computers however, have a huge amount, so its not limited to the NES capabilities, if the NES had no restrictions, but could only use 8-bit sounds, this is likely what it would sound like.

  • Ringtoneeeeeee

  • 8-bit, but remixed IN 8-bit.

WELL played sir. Very well played.

I mean, he took the song, and remixed it WHILE keeping it in its own format by using a computer. That's like keeping the old feeling in a game, but making it look better.

  • @KingLink95 would you read a comment above you? it explains that stuff...

  • Isn't it already 8-bit?

  • good job. 3 years later and you get a somewhat resonable responce thats not going to hack your song to pieces on what 8-bit is and not xD

its good, it sounds 8-bit, so even if its not 8-bit, it still passables 83

  • What software did you use for this?

  • @Digman2012 Oh yes and a fantastic remix at that
