Exactly as the title says. I was on the Amtrak yard side of the train this time, so I got great shots of all the Amtrak equipment and rolling stock. The video started off in a way I was not expecting, with the Lake Shore Limited arriving on Track 20. We (Lincoln Service 307) departed on Track 18. I never found the number of the lead Genesis, but #28 was trailing on this run.

I just found out this morning, October 10, 2009, that the Genesis unit seen at about 4:59, #128, was involved in an accident that killed four teenagers and a 21-year-old in Michigan back on July 9. #128 and the westbound Wolverine were heading back towards Chicago through Canton Township, Michigan, when they struck a Ford Fusion driven by Daniel Broughton. He and his four passengers, Jessica Sadler, Eddie Gross, Sean Harris, and Terrence Harris, were killed instantly. My heart goes out to those families. May the five involved rest in peace...
