3s Rustler VXL Abuse!

I pushed her to the limits! walked home with 4 bent axles and 3 bent shocks and a broken wing! I am amazed on how much abuse this little truck can take, The aluminum caster blocks and knuckles did their job, but in turn caused the axles to bend. Which is in turn a 10$ fix at the most.

Next parts to buy:
-Traxxas titanium shock shafts

-Traxxas output axles (which i will heat treat before putting them on)

-New wheels for my wheelie bar

The rest of the aluminum held up, even the FLM arms and shock tower!

wats up shadow!!! long time no see!!! lol anyways i recently got a 3s 11.1v 5000mah lipo and i have been shredding through diffs. am i doing something wrong? could it be im over tightening the slipper clutch? or could i not be using enough grease? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks,

@reidairsofter do you have the magmum 272 trans with the diff gears? if not that is ur issue. i havent shreaded any gears with that trans, its standard in the rustler vxl's. not the leagacy xl5 though. Also do you run dogbones? if so that's also why, try using mod jato drive shafts or the stock ones. my spur gear never slips lol thats because its really tight. but it doesnt hurt to use it. lmk if that helps

@xXShadowRejectsXx i dont really kno which transmission gears im using. its the one made by traxxas. i dont run dogbones i run the stock drive shafts. ive never had problems with the stock drive shafts.

@reidairsofter hm. sounds funny. try asking your LHS if you can upgrade the stock diff. or if you want you can tear into the trans yourself and see if your diff gears are metal or not

Nice! Pretty cool seeing it at a different place, it was screamin across that grass. Crazy when they flip upside down at super high speeds lol. At those speeds things could have got alot worse i guess. Imagine if me and you drove together! It would be mayhem =)
