"Bells of St.Mary's" Music written by Emmett Adams and lyrics by Douglas Furber circa 1917, following a visit to St.Mary's Church, Southhampton, England. The song recorded by many artists and will be long remembered as sung by Bing Crosby in the 1945 movie of the same name. Chet Atkins and Mother Maybelle both did recordings of this wonderful tune.

  • Thanks, I was playing an old 1929ish Dobro which isn't as loud as my 1973 OMI guitar. The sound is quite a bit more mellower. Glad you enjoyed it.

  • Thanks !

  • Another beautiful tune. This guitar sounds very different from the other one, but they are both great. Thanks for posting these tunes.

  • Awesome!

  • I love this!
