NASA has admitted to receiving transmissions from a group of alien craft following Comet Elenin. While the bulk of the transmission with the title "To Serve Man" has not been deciphered some of the message has been decoded. The aliens have matter disintegration technology which they will immediately use to disintegrate the Fukushima nuclear power plants and get rid of the tragedy there. Japanese officials are overwhelmed. Elite groups such as the Bilderberger group and representativves of the Rothschild's family have indicated they plan to abandon all of their anti-human depopulation agendas in the face of humanity friendly alien visitation.
