Jakey Medical Question

Jake is 6 months old. Sometimes when I lay him on his back, he makes this noise like he cant breath, or like he is drowning. He has done this for as long as I can remember. It does not happen every time I place him on his back but it is becoming more frequent. The last couple days, he has started to stop breathing during these episodes. I caught an episode tonight on video and wanted to share it with you. What are your thoughts? Am I crazy? I dont remember Emily making any noise like this. Sometimes it stops on his own but if it doesnt, I pick him up and flip him over onto his tummy and he is fine....
