  • Damn I thought KNX 1070 signals only go as far as Northern California. I got KNX 1070 from Vallejo at 9pm PST. even thought KCBS is the main CBS station in my area.

  • @wongleebruce Many of the east coast and midwest 50K powerhouses are no longer getting out to the West Coast like they used to due to the FCC rules on many of the nighttime signals. I do remember back in 1986 when I was in Southern California for a few days, I was able to get clear signals from both KMOX and WLW in Cincinnati at night.

  • By the way that KMOX station in St.Louie can kick it up a notch with it's flame thrower signal too but not into L.A.

  • I live here in Atlanta, and got their signal at about 3:05AM local time here. They were doing their "Traffic on the 5's" and doing a traffic report on a situation at the 405 Freeway in Orange County.

  • Wow! :-D

  • Nice DX. Very cool to hear.

  • damn! all the way in st.louis
