@ackide I don't know about drumming or guitar playing BUT medlocke's vocals were great.
Listen to Blackfoot songs such as: "Guitar Slingers Song & Dance", the "Morning Dew" cover or "Highway Song". I rate Rickey higher than any other Southern Rock vocalist I can think of and I prefer him to any Van Zant.
The Skynyrd have a better range of quality songs overall.

@jojoheartspaypay rickey medlock isnt a pimple on steve gaine's ass. steve gaines was and will always be a better musician then rickey in every way. sorry to be rude about it but you just cant compare rickey to steve , they dont even belong in the same sentence together. no disrespect to you, only rickey medlock lol

lol rickey medlock wasnt even a guitarest for lynyrd skynyrd when he first joined them , he played the drums before bob burns joined and they gave him the axe.and lynyrd skynyrd died on october 20 1977, the tribute band just isnt the same. R.I.P RVZ!
