This is Susan's and my Lament Configuration model imported, animated and rendered in Poser 5.

We had to set this up as a completely new figure so we could animate rotations. Which was a hell of a job as Poser has the worst character rigging process I've ever used.

This will be available in the Renderosity Freestuff downloads when Sue and I finish putting the final touches on it.

All that work and we're giving it away for free!

  • Go back into your animation and add about 90 frames and move the keyframes to slow it down a bit. Get rid of all the camera movements eccept the first and last frame to smooth it out. Adjust the lighting, it looks harsh.

    And....nice job!

  • Thanks for the comment. I agree with everything you've said.

I'm not sure I even have the file anymore, maybe I'll hunt around for it. My skills have improved since then.

The reason it's so short is that it's actually supposed to play in a loop. But it is still very fast, even for a loop.

    Thanks again!

  • Good luck. Come back when you have enough talent to know what your talking about.

This was a rendering experiment dip shit. And considering it was done in Poser 5, it's pretty good. Have you ever even used any 3D, or anything other than what looks like... um... Windows Movie Maker or iMovie?

Thanks once again for watching. :D

  • Thanks for watching.

Too bad you don't understand what goes into 3D animation.

I'd comment on your videos, but they're just badly edited rip off's from major motion pictures to the same cock-rock song that you obviously think is the greatest song in the world.

  • I have a model I've made if you need. In fact I have lots of models come to think of it. Let me see what you've learned since then.

  • This is awesome. Bit short but still awesome as heck. I tried to make one of these in my 3D class and failed spectacularly. It's nice to see that someone can do it - except you guys made it way WAY better than I could've ever managed to make it. Just awesome.
