the fellow in 2:38 is an example of two things. 1, he is unrealistic in terms of his support for Fiorona stating he respected her for the decisions because of competition. clearly it does not bother him to be unemployed. 2, he appears to be in his late 50's maybe older, and i'm speculating he is not worried because he has enough money in 401k. Well, lets hope that not anytime soon he doesn't suffer health problems. believe me, no private insurance=a bigger piece of your money pie in their pocket

I remember the software engineers (we just called them programers) took it the hardest. At our location we had an entire section of programmers. One day a few Indian programers were brought in to learn the job roles of the current programers. A month later the only ones left were the Indian programers. The rest were "off shored".

Then came the mangers. Then IT support teams. The PC parts person that I used to speak to was now based in Mumbi and on and on...

@Malphar They had to eliminate jobs as the company was losing money. Sometimes businesses have to do this to survive. We don't want to have to bale out all the companies that go broke do we?
