Yeah, they've been pretty up and coming in the last ten years... the best one was Paul Etheridge's slasher HELLBENT. In this one it seems the homosexual mood of the main character drives the story. In HellBenT however, the concept is more ironic as it takes place in West Hollywood. Bad-ass slasher.
