@Raybanmonster if i were an employer i wouldn't deny you a job if you were the best even if you're black. i mean i don't know what part of the country where you from. but im from south louisiana and its really one of the least racist places. i now that sounds funny but its something they put a lot of work into. so i admit i probably don't see it from your perspective, especially with me being white. but i defiantly can feel with blacks about how society is geared towards whites
