Guitar Rig 3 is in my opinion one of the worst amp sims currently available. It looks pretty but that's really where it stops.

@enerjex guitar rig has the effects but all of it just sounds too much like transtube amps while revalver can actually sound like the real deal..... a tube amp

drop Guitar Rig. Amplitube 3 and Overloud TH2, Studio Deil Amp modeler Pro - it's best amp simulation software. Free amp sims very good for simulating Metallica, Megadeth.

@MrSzipu because you have to buy them. guitar amp simulators are not cheap. unless if you buy a low-end Line6 POD Studio, then you practically get the software for free with the recording interface.
