A Son named Alexandre by a Parisian Woman who was once a Flight Attendant who is Black, and the other is Jasmine who is about 16 now who was the result of an Affair Albert had with her Mother when he was on Holiday in The States many years ago. Now because they were born out of Wedlock, they will never be acknowledged as Heirs To The Throne, yet if Albert and his new Wife Charlene have a Son, he will be The New Ruler Of Monaco.

Can women inherit the throne in Monaco, or can only men? If that is the case would'nt Prince Albert's sisters be in the line of succession, if he doesn't have a legitimate heir?

@mbrian777 so if HSH Albert can't pass the throne down to his first born son then whom can it be passed down to in the family then it can't go down to his younger bro's can it as when he passes away his brothers I suspect will too old too serve as king to the pple of Monaco surely? so if does not pass down to his son nor his brother whom is next in line to receive the throne then? in Monaco then? I must say too the serve was a very simple service compared what we wld have in the uk I must say

Princess Charlotte of Monaco, was indeed born out of wedlock. However, had her father, Prince Louis Adolph II, not adopted her, the throne would have passed to his cousin, the German Prince of Wurttenburg. The government of France did not want a German Prince married to an Italian Princess, ruling Monaco, thus Louis Adolph (himself German born) had to adopt his only child.
