one of these scum jump a cop on the outside .,he is shot dead..how is this any different,they are not inside because they are good guys,,,having to work with animals without limits..just shoot the scumbags .end of story.doubt gang rules will mean much to a dead man.if anything it might wake these assholes think about getting involved,attack a warden =shot on the spot..no brainer really.
