@ghostMAN32100 not exactly because the events happen right after the great war ended and i believed he was called the Survivalist and he explains a lot in those journal entries about the tribes in Zion canyon. no offense i actually went to all the terminals in the caves and read the journal entries.

yes its power armor. t51-b. i just call it BOS armor cuz they're one of the few groups who use the stuff. and it has a distinctive design just like the enclave power armor/ tesla armor.
